Do I need to repair or replace my Mac?

If your screen’s become defective it may not automatically mean it needs replacing. Obviously if it’s broken, there’s nothing we can do but replace it. But if you have a blank screen , or there’s a very shadowy image, it could be that the screen cable or inverter are faulty, which would indicate that the screen was still OK.

Also, if the screen has vertical lines, the problem’s likely to be with the graphics, not the screen. At Kensington Computers & Laptop Repair we can test and diagnose all Mac anomalies and carry out any necessary repairs efficiently and professionally.
